White chocolate wedding cake from CCMD |

I was planning to bake the white chocolate wedding cake on page 207 of the Chocolate CMD book in to a 3 layer 12 inch wedding cake. Would this work? Or would the White chocolate pound cake be a better recipe to use for such a large cake. I want to use fresh raspberries and cream cheese icing, was thinking of maybe baking a vanilla cake and using the white chocolate cream cheese icing also, I don't want to over do the white chocolate since it is so sweet. Any tips or experiences with these recipes would be most appreciated
