WOW feels like I haven't baked in forever...guess a new baby will do that to ya.
I have a 6.5 oz packet of chocolate chip mix...the kind you just add water. How can I doctor this? Everything in my CMD cupcake book is for the bigger box size. Can I pick one of the recipes and 1/2 the stuff...or am I just stuck with a boring mix? _________________ Kelly

| I can't grasp my mind around what 6.5 oz looks like, but you can probably just halve the regular CMD recipes. I know people have doctored up Jiffy Cake Mixes using that technique, and it has worked well. |
