Hi all,
It seems just as one baking holiday ends another one is on the horizon (St. Patty's anyone? I'm doing some sort of creme de menthe bar this year)and I have been getting a lot of requests for baked gifts which leaves me with not enough containers/platters and I am seriously considering some of those paper molds. Quite awhile back they were discussed but I do not recall a consensus about successful use of them thus I thought I would through out the question once again...
Have you successfully used paper baking molds?
If you have used them please share any tips/tricks you might have picked up along the way. _________________ ~T. Martin |

I haven't used them but many bakeries in my area bake their quick breads and pound cakes in them and they look great. I think they are really nice for gift giving plus you don't have to worry about getting them out of the pan!
