I made the Red Velvet Cake from CMD Returns and EVERYONE LOVED IT!!! My brother-in-law loved it so much, he wants it for his birthday!
Super easy and tastes great!

I have been traveling and haven't been able to get on this site in a while. I have a friend who has been asking for a Red Velvet cake, so maybe I'll make this recipe. There are just so many good-looking cakes in the book it is hard for me to decide which one to make next!
P.S. Welcome to the board! Hope you stick around, and continue to post about your baking adventures! |

This cake is not a real chocolatey cake, but it's very moist and delicious. The cream cheese frosting just tops it off.
I will definitely be sticking around and will post again!

I have made this recipe and the Red Velvet cake that was in the previous CMD book and the new one is definatly a lot better! It must have something to do with the buttermilk _________________ When life gives you lemons, make grape juice. Then sit back and watch the whole world wonder how you did it. |
