Hello all! I just looked at the last time I posted something and it was 5 years ago!! whooo! Time flies when you have a 6 and a 4 year old!!! I have baked MANY cakes over those years, though!
I need an easy recipe for Cheescake. I am crunched for time but promised to make one for a friend's birthday. Thanks!

Ooops...Just now seeing this. For any easy cheesecake, do you want a no-bake cheesecake? This recipe looks delicious, and it's very festive, too!
