[Hi-
I am glad I found this board!! I want to give mini cake "kits" for the Holidays.... I have a container etc... but I need help in finding a cake recipe that only needs water added to it & can be cooked in a microwave.
I want to make a large amount, divide it into different kits, and supply cooking instructions (how much water to add, microwave time etc...).
Any great ideas??

Nikki, I can't really help you but I have seen instructions on the Internet on how to make cakes in a mug using a microwave. I don't recall that water was the only addition to the mix though. Possibly someone here can help but I'd suggest you go to google.com and do a search for cake mix in a mug and see what it brings you. Good luck.
