 Post subject: 3 pkg B.C. French Vanilla cake mixes

Hi Quick help needed! I need to make 3 batches of cake mix at once for a 12" round cake. Do I use less liquid for 3 than if I mixed 1 ata time??Thanx

Hi Dorothy: I wouldn't but now, the pros may have a different idea about that. I think Jessica bakes a lot of those kind of cakes, or at least professionally.

Hi Jessica: Yes, I was wishing for you, but do you add or decrease the amount of liquid per box just because you are using more boxes? I know you sometimes add less liquid when making two boxes of brownies in the same pan, but not always, but if I were going to make up 3 boxes of cake mix in the same pan my guess is I wouldn't add less liquid. Right? Wrong?

Hi Jessica: Thank you. You echo my sentimets, and I think that I would rebel if I had to use the directions on the cake mix.
