Hi all. I've just come across this site while doing a search for packaging baked good to mail. Very interesting place. I'll share what I just discovered about baking cookies, cakes, making candy, etc.

I've just discovered something called Release by Alcoa, it's a foil and absolutely nothing sticks to it. I is excellent!
