I am thinking of doing a trifle for Easter (along with some cupcakes) Does anyone have a favorite recipe possibly using one of the doctored cakes, or the best darn pound cake recipe?

These aren't from the Cake Mix Doctor books (they're from Kraft instead), but here are some trifle ideas:

Vanilla-Berry Trifle

Layered Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl

And, for individual servings: Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

If you want to make a more traditional parfait, with a pound cake, the Almond Cream Cheese Pound Cake (CMD1, p129), the Basic Yellow Pound Cake (CMD1, p406), and the Better For You Pound Cake (CMD1, p374) are all good choices.
