I talked to a friend the other day who wanted to know what cupcakes to make for a birthday party. I promptly introduced her to the Cupcake CMD, and suggested the Cookie Dough Cupcakes (my favorite). She was so excited and has decided on making those! Her excitement is contagious, and now I want to make cupcakes too. I'm thinking the Chocolate cupcakes with Coconut Cream Cheese filling from Cupcake CMD (I've forgotten their real name).

What's baking in your kitchen this week??

I would like to bake some cookies. I have a bar of semi-sweet chocolate, a half bar of white chocolate, bittersweet chips and milk chocolate chips. I've had a craving for really good choc. chip cookies for a few days now, just can't decide betweem oatmeal chocolate chip or classic.
