I will be making a Better Than Sex Cake this week for a potluck at work.

What are your favorite recipes from CMD for a simple yellow cake?

Also, any suggestions on what to rename it? I hate telling people at work the name of it.

My favorite is from this board. "Erin's not so plain vanilla cake". it is wonderful. As for the name how about "Better Than Just About Anything Cake"? I think that says it all :!:

Wow, it's been a long time since I've been back on this board. Glad to know the vanilla recipe is still so well liked. Obviously, it's still my favorite. ;)

I also love Erin's Not So Plain Vanilla Cake. It smells wonderful as it's baking and tastes even better. You can't go wrong with this cake.

Erin's not so plain vanilla cake is the best, tried and true. I also have not been on this board for awhile but have been keeping up with all the goodies.

I keep reading about how good Erin's Not So Plain Vanilla Cake is but cannot find the recipe. Would someone please repost it? I would love to try it especially after all the rave reviews about the taste and the aroma. Thank you.
