I made this cake for a wedding over the weekend and talk about a hit. The guest could not get enough. This cake is a real winner in my book. My husband requested the cake for sunday dinner.

I made this about a month ago--I agree really good and not hard at all, but looks like you went to a lot of effort.

This is one cake that sometimes brings in the big moolah when offered at silent auction for fund raisers.
