My usual stuffing is 3 cups of any dry stuffing mix, 1/4 stick of butter, 16oz can of corn (drained), 5 fresh or 1 4oz can of mushrooms (drained), Mix in 1 -2 cups of the liquids from corn and mushrooms and broth or water.

Nothing too special yet,....

This time I added 1 cup of dried cranberries! Incredible flavor. It was like having the cranberry sauce cooked inside the turkey!
