 Post subject: Potato Chip Cookies

I made the Potato Chip Cookies in the Dinner Doctor Cookbook. It was a disaster and I had to throw the entire batch out. The "batter" was the consistency of sawdust.

:( I think that an ingedient was left out. Perhaps eggs? Can anyone confirm this mistake?

eggs are not necessary, especially if you want a shortbread-like consistentcy. the flour amount is just too high. I have a recipe that is virtually identical but it only calls for 2 scant cups of flour (Just under 2 cups of flour) instead of 3 cups.
