I just wanted to share a very good recipe that I found on meals.com with everyone.It's an all vegetable dish.

I made a few changes to it though.
1) I used a frozen vegetable combination that had,broccoli,cauliflower,yellow squash,carrots,green beans, and red peppers.
2) I added-1 fresh green pepper and 1/4 cup of onions.
3) I couldn't find fat-free evaporated milk, used 2% low fat evaporated milk.
4) I think there is a misprint on it.
It calls for 1/4 teaspoon bread crumbs, I used 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
If you like vegetables, I don't think you will be disappointed in this.
