caramel cake mix

Hi Everyone!

I have a couple of DH caramel cake mixes in the cupboard and would like to use thme up. But I don't see any receipes in my Cake Dr. books for them.

What do you all suggest? and what luck have you had with them?

I did a search of the archives and found this recipe...i'm off to bake it! I'll let ya know how it comes out.

Hi all: Jessica, thank you for the idea. That cake can be found on pages 128-129 of CCMD, in case anyone has trouble finding it. I know sometimes it is hard to find the way they are indexed.
