My family really enjoyed this. I did make a few changes: I spread each tortilla with fat-free refried beans before adding the filling; I used a jar of Mexican cheese sauce (the kind you dip taco chips in) instead of the Alfredo sauce; I used corn tortillas instead of flour; I added fresh cilantro leaves to the filling and whole tomatillos to the pan. After it finished cooking, I ran it under the broiler for a few minutes, and I served it with a mixture of Mexican rice and beans. It took a little longer than 15 minutes to prepare, but not much, and it was easy. I'll definitely make this again.

Carol,

Thanks for the review. This is one that I will make when I have friends over for a casual dinner party.

This new Dinner Doctor book is GREAT! I did not believe that Anne could produce such an awesome book filled with such yummy dishes!
