What are your favorite cupcake recipes? I have to take cake in to work next week, and to simplify serving, I'm going to make cupcakes. Any suggestions?

I have a friend who is getting married in July. She loves chocolate, he loves white. They will probably do half/half. I just gave her the recipe for Erin's Not So Plain Vanilla Cake. I made this for my son's birthday and it was a hit! Honestly the moistest, tenderest white/vanilla cake I have ever had. I salivate just thinking about it. I think it would be perfect for cupcakes. Off topic, I ran out of powdered sugar and tried making my own in the blender. Ok, but not great, kind of gritty. Way better than in the food processor. Anyone ever tried this and had good luck?

My fave is Cinnamon Toast Cupcakes. Mmmmmmmmmm, my mouth waters just thinking about all that cinnamonny goodness: the swirls, the frosting, the scent.....
OK, we really need a drooly emoticon, sheesh.

Hands down the sour cream chocolate cupcakes in the first book. They are awesome! I usually use the fluffy chco frosting from the first book but have used orange cream cheese, vanilla buttercream.
