Does anyone know how to make the white chocolate swirls featured on the picture of the Red Velvet Cupcakes?

What book is the picture in? Anne has Red Velvet cupcakes in a couple different books, so I'm not sure what picture you're referring to...

I see. You're talking about the Red Velvet Cupcakes listed here.

The swirls are "chocolate swirls." Basically, you take a firm block of chocolate and a cheese slicer or sharp vegetable peeler and shave off curls.
